Returns Policy

We hope you are pleased with your purchase however, if you receive your order in defect, i.e.: broken or damaged during shipment, you may submit an exchange only.  Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Please email us pictures of the defective product and order number to: customerservice@sexinthecandle.com within 3 days of receipt of your order to arrange an exchange. 

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damaged during shipping. We do not accept candles that were previously burned.

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for addresses that are invalid.

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages.
